The UEFA has announced a significant initiative aimed at better understanding anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries in women's football, one of the most severe injuries a female footballer can experience in her career.

With just over 6 months until Euro 2024, which will take place in Germany starting on June 14, the Germans are confident in their preparation, relying on existing stadiums for the pinnacle of European football.

This afternoon, the groups for Euro 2024 were drawn, which will take place in Germany from June 14th to July 14th, 2024. The opening match will be between the host country and Scotland at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Spain and Italy will share a group with Croatia in the "Group of Death."

A record 138,000 people have expressed an interest in volunteering for UEFA EURO 2024 in Germany with just weeks to go until the application deadline on 15 December.

On the upcoming Saturday, 2 December, the UEFA Executive Committee will convene in Hamburg, Germany. The meeting will take place from 10:00 to 13:00 CET just before the final draw of the UEFA EURO 2024.

The Board of Directors of the UEFA Foundation for Children held its semi-annual meeting last week at the UEFA headquarters. Mr. Aleksander Čeferin chaired the meeting, which decided to allocate funds to 64 projects as part of the foundation's mission to defend the rights of vulnerable children worldwide and thus aspire to a better future.
