The Wanda Diamond League have postponed a further three events in Stockholm, Rome and Rabat due to the ongoing crisis surrounding COVID-19.
Following on from postponements of three events in Doha, Nanjing and Shanghai, it now means six of the events in the series have been delayed.
Stockholm was scheduled for May 24, with Rome four days later and Rabat in Morocco following on May 31.
In a statement the Diamond League said: "The dynamic global spread of the COVID-19 disease, the travel restrictions expected to be in force for some time and above all concerns over athlete safety have made it impossible to stage the competitions as planned."
As things stand, the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene in the United States, will open the season on June 7 with meetings in Oslo and Paris also occurring within a week of that date.
To date, there have been over 577,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with more than 26,000 people dying as a result of the virus.
