Teenager Ivan Nestaval was hosts Czech Republic’s star swimmer at the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation (IWAS) Under-23 World Games in Prague, claiming four gold medals in all after two days of action.

Competing in the boys 12 to 16 category, one of Nestaval's triumphs came in the 100 metres breaststroke SB4 final with a time of 2min 52.57sec.

The 16-year-old also topped the 50m backstroke podium in 54.06sec, as well as the 50m freestyle and 50m butterfly equivalents in 55.15 and 1:06.98 respectively.

In athletics, home favourite Rozaalie Mosovska had to settle for the runners-up spot in the women’s discus throw one kilogram.
