Nicka took the maximum as she held off Ukraine's Stefani 3-0 in the final to claim gold after France's Syssy won the bronze medal.

"I feel so happy and grateful because to become European champion is a big honour and to represent my country Lithuania, I'm so happy to go out there and take first place," Nicka said.

"I was feeling so happy on the stage.

"On the stage, I feel like I am being myself.

"I'm so happy."

Menno beat compatriot Lee 2-1 in the other final to claim the men's title.

Spain's home favourite Xak was the bronze medallist following a 3-0 victory over Danny of Britain, who lost his semi-final to Menno despite going into the contest as recent Breaking for Gold Rio winner.

"This victory means a lot to me. Really happy to win, it gives me a lot of confidence," Menno said.

"It's been two very long days, and it's a blessing to end it like this."

The top four athletes in each competition also qualify directly to this year's European Games in Kraków-Małopolska.

The breaking events at the Games are set to take place on June 26 to 27.

This means that Italy's Anti from the women's competition and France's Xak from the men's will join the podium finishers in Poland.

The top two in each division also earn automatic berths to the Olympic Qualifier Series.

The Series will see breaking, BMX freestyle, skateboarding, and sport climbing athletes compete in their respective sports to qualify for Paris 2024.

It will be held across three "festival-style" events between March and June next year, with city centre venues yet to be announced.
