The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) has revealed a new partnership with glove supplier Layout Ultimate for the 2023-2024 season.

Layout Ultimate, which is based in Toronto, aims to enhance players' ability to compete in all weather conditions with their gloves that are available in more than 50 countries.

Robert "Nob" Rauch, the WFDF President, welcomed the deal.

"WFDF is excited to partner with Layout for the upcoming two-year events cycle," he said.

"Jake [Skrypek] and his team not only make a quality product but they are also proud supporters of equity, Spirit of the Game, and the overall growth of Ultimate.

"We feel that this partnership provides benefits to both WFDF and our member National Federations with Layout offering WFDF's National Federations significant discounts and an ability to create custom, fully sublimated gloves with country/team or NF customisation and branding."

"Layout Ultimate is excited to be the official glove of WFDF for 2023-2024," he said.

"With special Layout Gloves offers and fundraising opportunities for all WFDF National Federation members and with our knowledge obtained at attendance at more than 20 major Ultimate events worldwide as to what players need to provide a superior grip, we are looking forward to combining our passion of Ultimate and expertise to support teams and National Federations globally."

The deal will last two years and Layout Ultimate will be the only supplier of WFDF gloves, which will be sold at Championship events through merchandise channels online, pre or post competitions.

The deal also includes the rights to supply Layout Sand Socks, which will be available during the World Beach Ultimate Championships from October 28 to November 4 this year.
