Britain's team for the last Online World Taekwondo Poomsae Challenge of 2021 has been named, with the third edition of the competition set to feature nine athletes on the national team.

To be held next month, there will be freestyle and poomsae disciplines at the competition for all adult categories.

Along with the national team, there will be an additional open category which some of the country's national squad members will participate in too.

Emily Hoang and Maximo Libid have been named the under-30 women's and men's competitors for Britain, while Sheena Au Yeung and Reza Saberi are to compete in the women's and men's under-40 category.

Candice Winter is to feature in the women's under-50, Simon Negus in the men's under-50, Alireza Alipour in the men's under-60 and Colin Larkin in the men's under-65.

Finally, Joy Stirk is the British representative in the women's over-65.

In the open event, Georgina Ingram, Poppy Mackay and William Walker are to compete in the under-30, and Ajay Singh Rawat, Liyan Chow and Nicola Barber are set to represent the country in the under-40.

James White, Juliet Williams, Kamila Hughes, Lynsey Burke and Maria Pieri have been selected for the under-50 competition.

Peter Stewart, Stuart Williams and Wayne Nicklin are in the under-60 category, while Jenny Furness and Peter Johnson are in the over-65.

The first Online World Taekwondo Poomsae Open Challenge of 2021 started on March 28, with the second competition of the year held in June.
