Shanaze ReadeDecember 3 - Cadbury has released a re-mixed music video of the classic 1980s Spandau Ballet song "Gold" as the latest part of its Keep Singing Keep Team GB Pumped campaign ahead of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The video features BMX star Shanaze Reade racing along a track with the lyrics to the song spurring her on as she trains for the Olympic Games next year.

DJ Paul Oakenfold has re-mixed the song, which is sung by members of the public, and Reade said that "it was great to know that the nation is behind us."

"The campaign is such a great idea as music really is a huge part of an athlete's life; we listen to it as we train, often it is the only company we have," said the three time World BMX champion.

"The video really captures the feeling of high emotion in the run up to London 2012."

The song was released earlier this week and follows a series of other songs designed to help get the nation singing for Britain's Olympic hopes ahead of the Games next year.
