Under the agreement FUSE, a Toronto-based, privately held integrated marketing agency, will convert their downtown headquarters into Cayman House for the duration of the Games, due to take place from July 10 to 26. 

With offices located within walking distance of the CIBC Pan Am Park, Cayman House is envisaged as a "retreat and place of rest and relaxation for the athletes, dignitaries, their friends, families, FUSE staff, clients, media and guests".

A lounge will be outfitted to promote the Cayman Islands and embrace the Caribbean British Overseas Territory's team, while sporting performances by squad members will be on display and "Cay-Fan" tee-shirts will be available for sale.

“We are thrilled to have our new friends at FUSE as our hosts at Cayman House, our home away from home for the entire run of the Games,” said Jennifer Powell, CIOC chief operating officer and Cayman Islands Chef de Mission at Toronto 2015. 

“This generous gesture adds a new level of excitement for us heading to Toronto, and our very supportive community back home.” 

As well as FUSE, the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism as well as sponsors Tortuga Rum Cakes and Cayman Spirits were also thanked for providing their support.

After winning one silver medal at each of the Winnipeg 1999, Santa Domingo 2003 and Rio de Janeiro 2007 Games, a full set were won at Guadalajara 2011, including a historic gold for 200 metres freestyle swimmer Brett Fraser.

He finished ahead of elder brother Shaune as the Cayman Islands finished first and second. 

Athletes have already qualified to compete in athletics, beach volleyball, gymnastics and swimming next month.

The House seen is seen as a way to boost team morale with an eye to more medals being won.
