The International School Sport Federation (ISF) is entering its final preparations for a busy year after setting the final registration deadlines for its events set to take place in 2023.

Athletes are due to go to Erzurum in Turkey first for the inaugural edition of the ISF Winter Gymnasiade from February 11 to 19.

They have until the end of this month to confirm their place at the event which features a programme made up of Alpine skiing, biathlon, cross-country skiing, curling, figure skating, ice hockey, ski orienteering and snowboarding.

Following the winter competition, attentions turn to warm weather as Bat-Yam in Israel is due to host the ISF World School Beach Volleyball Championship.

The sport featured at the previous Summer Gymnasiade in France and now has its own dedicated event from May 16 to 23, with registration already closed.

It is then back to Turkey for the ISF World School Athletics Championship from June 19 to 25, which delegations have until March 19 to put their name down.

A registration deadline of April 30 has been set for the World School Taekwondo Championship in Mexico from June 26 to July 3 before the World School Football Championship from July 22 to 31, with the enrolment process ending on April 22.

The calendar then ends in August with the U15 Gymnasiade, from the 19th to 27th, with registration ending on May 19.

It is set to feature 19 sports and three Para sports.
