The International Savate Federation (FISav) is running an online video competition which is asking people around the world to post their training regimes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With many nations under strict lockdown, most sporting facilities remain closed which requires athletes to train from home.

The competitions's best entries can be found on the FISav Facebook page, through its video playlist.

Entries have come in from all over the world including Afghanistan, Brazil, India, Iran, Mauritius, Senegal and Thailand.

To date, there have been more than 3.75 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 worldwide, resulting in the deaths of over 259,000 people.

Julie Gabriel, President of FISav, has said that she is so far delighted with the response from the sport's community.

Savate is a french combat sport that combines the use of hands and feet, and is often referred to as French kickboxing.
