Trinidad and Tobago continued their 100 per cent record at the 2019 Netball World Cup Americas qualifier by demolishing St Maarten 95-9 in Bridgetown.

Their huge win means they have won all four of their matches in the eight-team round robin event at the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium.

This is an identical record to hosts Barbados, who were not in action today.

The top two teams at the end of the qualifier will secure their spot at next year's World Cup in Liverpool in England, with three days of play left to go.

Grenada, 59-49 winners over Canada today, have also recorded four victories but they have played a match more.

Today's other match saw St Vincent and the Grenadines defeat United States 69-33.

The victors have two wins from four games and are fourth in the standings, the same record as Canada.

The Americans are out of contention with just one win from five.

Action continues tomorrow with Trinidad and Tobago almost certain to register another massive victory.

They play winless Argentina who were beaten by St Maarten earlier in the tournament.

Barbados will play the US with St Vincent and the Grenadines meeting Canada.

The hosts are due to meet Trinidad and Tobago in the last game of the competition.
