March 26 - Kim Yoon-suk, the secretary general of Gwangju 2015, has called on Great Britain to send its largest delegation of athletes to the Summer Universiade in South Korea next July.
"The 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade is preparing to leave many legacies in the history of the sporting world," Kim said.
Prior to his meeting with Coe, Kim attended a luncheon hosted by the British Embassy and British Chamber of Commerce, which saw top United Kingdom firms share the legacy and values of the Olympics with South Korea following the success of London 2012.
Organisers of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games and the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and Paralympics were also in attendance at this meeting as they, and representatives from the UK, discussed how best to prepare and run a successful sporting event.
Coe, who was the chairman of London 2012, also gave a lecture on "Olympic Games and the legacy of the Olympics".
