Its 78 pages lay out the legal framework for collaboration between the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), as well as the responsibilities of each organisation and requirements with marketing, transportation, media, ticketing, security and finances.

The signing of the Framework Agreement concluded a one-week inspection of facilities in Morocco ahead of the tournament next year, which included visits to the host cities of Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir and Tangier.

The CAF was represented at the singing in Rabat by its second vice president Almamy Kabele Camara, with the FRMF represented by President Fouzi Lekjaa.

Camara also led the inspection, and praised the quality of facilities.

CAF and the Morocco 2015 Local Organising Committee will meet again on Saturday (April 26) in Cairo, Egypt ahead of the qualifying draw.

The dates of the qualifying tournament are due to be confirmed at that meeting, with the competition itself currently scheduled for January 17 to February 7.

Nigeria are the defending champions after beating Burkina Faso last year in South Africa.
