Adelinde Cornelissen 090513May 3 - Adelinde Cornelissen and Jerich Parzival have returned to the top of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) world dressage rankings after claiming Olympic silver and bronze at London 2012.

The Dutch rider (pictured top) secured a 97-point lead over German London 2012 silver medallist Helen Langehanenberg and Damon Hill NRW, who moved up one place to sit in second after claiming their first World Cup Dressage title at the 2013 Reem Acra FEI Final last weekend in Gothenburg.

Double Olympic champion Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro, who became the first British combination to head the FEI world dressage rankings in September last year after their gold medal performances at last summer's Games on home soil, are now in third with 2,563 points.

There are no other changes in the top ten, with Germany's Olympic silver medallist Kristina Sprehe and Desperados FRH holding on to fourth with 2,517 points and Dutch London 2012 bronze medallist Edward Gal with Glock's Undercover in fifth with 2,474 points.

Swede Tinne Vilhelmsson Silfvén and Don Auriello with 2,435 points, Italy's Valentina Truppa and Fixdesign Eremo Del Castegno with 2,358, Sweden's Patrick Kittell and Watermill Scandic HBC with 2,320, German Isabell Werth and Don Johnson FRH with 2,307 and Austrian Victoria Max-Theurer and Augustin Old with 2,284 complete the world dressage rankings top ten line up.
