Kaufhold won the deciding set to close out the match 6-4.

"It was one of the loudest matches I’ve ever shot in, the crowd was really loud for her and we both put on a good show for everybody," Kaufhold said.

"It was a great match, it was cool to hear everyone cheering for her and she shot really well. 

"It was a great day of archery overall."

Choi Mi-Sun of South Korea won bronze.

Kim Woo-Jin won the men's recurve World Cup as he defeated his South Korean compatriot Lee Woo Seok 6-0 in the gold medal match.

"It was a lucky day for me, I shot many on the line, but I am really satisfied with the result and I have Asian Games at the end of September, when I will give it my best," Kim said.

"If I keep doing this, I will be on top again at the Olympics in Paris next year."

Marcus D’Almeida of Brazil took bronze.

South Korea returned to the podium in the women's recurve team event.

An San, Kang Chae Young and Lim Sihyeon defeated the Chinese Taipei trio Chiu Yi-Ching, Lei Chien-Ying and Peng Chia-Mao 6-2 in the final after losing the first set.

Bronze went to India.

The South Korean men also won gold in the men’s recurve team event for their third World Cup victory of the season.

World champions Kim Je Deok, Kim Woojin and Lee Woo Seok defeated Su Yu-Yang, Tai Yu-Hsuan and Wei Chun-Heng of Chinese Taipei 6-0.

Bronze once again went to India.  

In the mixed team event, Lim and Lee defeated the Chinese Taipei pairing of Peng and Su 39-36 and China took bronze.

Earlier in the compound, Britain’s Ella Gibson had won women’s individual World Cup gold after defeating Denmark’s Tanja Gellenthien with a sudden death arrow after they had been tied at 145-145.

India's Jyothi Surekha Vennam took bronze.

Jozef Bosansky of Slovakia won the men's title defeating Miguel Becerra of Mexico 148-146.

Bronze went to Jean Pizzaro of Puerto Rico.

India claimed a compound team double, with Parneet Kaur, Aditi Gopuchand Swami and Surekha Vennam beating Mexico's Andrea Becerra, Ana Sofia Hernandez Jeon and Dafne Quintero 234-233 to win the women’s gold.

South Korea won bronze.

In the men’s team, India’s Ojas Pravin Deotale, Prathamesh Samadhan Jawkar and Abhishek Verma surprised the American trio Kris Schaff, James Lutz and Sawyer Sullivan.

Denmark collected the bronze.

The United States did win the mixed team event with Schaff and Alexis Ruiz who beat Paola Maria Ramirez Gonzalez and Jean Pizarro of Puerto Rico by 158-156.

Bronze went to the The Netherlands.
