World Taekwondo’s Asia Development Foundation (ADF) Cares Programme in Pakistan has gone from strength to strength after its launch earlier this year.

The ADF Cares Programme, which is set to run for one year and aims to help around 1,000 people, including orphans and school students, get into the sport, is being run under the theme "Care For Those Who Dare".

Care programme sessions for 2023 and 2024 are being run in collaboration with the Bazeecha Trust Mera Ghar Shelter Home, a shelter based in Rawalpindi.

Sessions have already taken place at Khubaib College in Haripur, while the Khubaib Taekwondo Academy last month put out an advert in an aim to recruit two new taekwondo instructors.
