German athletes won all medals on offer in the two-woman event at the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) World Cup in Winterberg.

Laura Nolte of Germany added to her monobob title by winning the gold medal at her home track with push athlete Neele Schuten in 1min 53.74sec.

"Here in Winterberg, for the time being, no wishes have been left open," Nolte said.

"I am really satisfied and Neele did a great job.

"We competed together for the first time today.

"The World Championships can come, the form is right."

Silver medal went to compatriots Lisa Buckwitz and Kira Lipperheide.

The duo finished 0.35sec behind Nolte and Schuten.

This was the first World Cup podium for Buckwitz as pilot.

European champion Kim Kalicki, pushed by Leonie Fiebig, settled for bronze in 1:54.20.

Kaillie Humphries and Kaysha Love of the United States finished fourth in 1:54.43 while the Australian pair of Breeana Walker and Sarah Blizzard came in fifth, clocking 1:55.04.

Kalicki defended her overall IBSF World Cup lead on 850 points, followed by Nolte in second with 837 and Humphries on third with 817 points respectively.
