Scotland lead the way at the European Bowls Team Championships after day two of competition in Jersey.

The Scots are in front at the Les Creux Bowls Club on the Channel Island on a total of 24 points.

They have won 60 ends with a current shots difference of 64.

Guernsey are currently in second place and defending champions England sit third.

Both have 21 points with Guernsey's shot difference 56 compared to the English's 48.

England have won 59 ends, one more than Guernsey.

Hosts Jersey currently sit in 11th place in the 16-team tournament, with action due to continue tomorrow.

Today's play included the completion of yesterday's pairs action after rain postponed competition on day one.
