luckydog 2012_scratchcardDecember 13 - Olympic champions today joined Myleene Klass to launch 'Lucky Dog', a new London 2012 National Lottery scratchcard.

The stars, including Sir Steve Redgrave, Daley Thompson and Sally Gunnell, put dogs through their paces on an agility course for the launch of the latest 2012 lottery game.

With a top prize of £5,000 available for the £1 card, players have a better than one in five chance of a win.

Fans of Deal or No Deal can now play the game online and raise funds for the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics at the same time.

The National Lottery has teamed up with Endemol Gaming to launch an online Deal or No Deal game with the chance to win a top prize of £100,000.

Like on the popular TV show, identical red boxes contain cash amounts of different values and online players have to collect a set of matching amounts.

During the game the banker will ring and ask the player to make the big decision - Deal or No Deal?

To play the game, which will run until November next year, players have to pay £2, with 56p to be donated to the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, the company said.

"The game is just as tense as the TV original and we're sure it will prove a big hit with our players, as well as helping to raise funds for the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games," said Phil Smith, Camelot commercial and operations director.

Sales of designated lottery games in support of London 2012 have raised more than £53.9 million since the first game, 'Go For Gold', was launched in July 2005.
