Rodriguez claims fourth consecutive women's visually impaired title

Paralympic champion Susana Rodriguez of Spain continues her dominance of the women's visually impaired field, winning her fourth consecutive world title.

Her run essentially proved something of a coronation, and she finished in 1 hour 8min 10sec.

Francesca Tarantello of Italy took second in 1:08:43, while Britain's Alison Peasgood takes bronze with an excellent run to finish in 1:10:59, matching her performance in Abu Dhabi here last year.

Annouck Curzillat of France looked set for a medal for much of the rac,e but has to settle for fourth in 1:11:59.
