The GAMMA World MMA Championships are organised annually and are open to all amateur mixed martial artists. Athletes register through their National Federations.

Every edition of the flagship event welcomes athletes from all disciplines and backgrounds, as well as other MMA organisations and combat sports.

2021 GAMMA World MMA Championships 

Dutch capital Amsterdam hosted the latest edition of the World Championships between March 25 and 27 in 2022.

The event took place at the Sporthallen Zuid and was still known as the 2021 GAMMA World MMA Championships.

German capital Berlin was supposed to host the event in December 2021, but COVID-19 rules led to a postponement and ultimately a move to The Netherlands.

The GAMMA World Congress also took place in Amsterdam.

2019 GAMMA World MMA Championships

The inaugural GAMMA World MMA Championships were held in Singapore between November 18 and 23, 2019.

The tournament took place over two days at the Singapore Expo, with the winners of the finals receiving their medals during One Championship's Edge of Greatness Event.

This was held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on November 22.

In all, national teams from 60 countries competed.
