Ye Shiwen (second left) and Sun Yang with Macau sports officials at the Olympic Swimming Centre ©OCATwo Chinese swimming stars have held a coaching clinic for Macau's rising talent fresh from bagging multiple gold at the Asian Games.

Their visit, organised by the Sports and Olympic Committee of Macau, China, also included a series of trips to schools to meet and greet children with sporting aspirations.

Eighteen-year-old Ye Shiwen, who won the 200 metres and 400m individual medley titles at the London 2012 Olympics and also claimed three gold medals at Incheon 2014, was joined in Macau by Sun Yang.

Sun, 22, won gold medals in the 400m and 1500m freestyle at London 2012 and picked up three titles at the Asian Games, which ended last week.

The first day of the two-day visit saw Macau's national swim team pick up some key tips from the pair at the Olympic Swimming Centre.

The venue was almost filled to capacity for the coaching clinic.

Ye and Sun also attended a gala banquet at the Fisherman's Wharf Convention Centre in a trip run in conjunction with the Government's Sports Development Board.
