The Live Blog covers all of the action from the start of the competition tomorrow, including IOC President Thomas Bach’s visit on Saturday, until the Closing Ceremony on Sunday following 975 athletes from 150 countries and one refugee team competing under the World Taekwondo flag taking part. Men and Women will each compete in 8 weight categories not only for the honour of becoming world champion but also for vital Olympic ranking points one year before the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
