Kazan 2013 live streamingJuly 1 - FISU, the governing body of international university sport, are to live stream events at the 2013 Summer Universiade, which is due to open in Kazan on Saturday (July 6). 


Many of the events, including the Opening Ceremony at the Kazan Arena, will be available at www.livefisu.tv from Saturday until the Games close on July 17. 

More than 10,000 student-athletes from over 160 countries are expected to compete in 27 sports in Kazan. 

Over 200 hours of live streaming and Video-on-Demand (VoD) content will be available on www.livefisu.tv, showing a selection of live events and highlights from the majority of the 27 sports on the programme.

It will be provided by Perform, a leading company in live streaming.

The selection will include aquatics, athletics, basketball, boxing, canoe sprint, football, gymnastics, judo, rugby sevens, rowing, volleyball and wrestling.

Kazan 2013 is set to be the most watched Universiade in history following deals with Eurosport, EPSN and the Asia-Pacific Broading Union to show them.
