150217106July 18 - The ticketing structure for the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) World Cup in Spain next year has been unveiled, with tickets set go on sale for the first time next Tuesday (July 23).

A wide range of ticketing options are available, and match tickets will be available from as low as €15 (£13/$20) in the hope of making the tournament "a World Cup for everyone".

The online ticket sales site, set up with official ticketing partner entradas.com, will allow fans to create profiles, track orders and receive regular updates on ticket sales for the 2014 FIBA event.

There will be four different categories of tickets available, beginning with the "Follow Your Team" pass, which enables fans to purchase a pass to watch all five preliminary round games for one team, or even for all the games played in the tournament by a specific team, even if they are yet to qualify, with a final round pass also becoming available in October this year.

Immediately after the draw is made for the World Cup in February next year, a venue pass will be available, which will provide access to all matches played at a chosen city, which amounts to 10 sessions and 15 games for the preliminary round cities, seven final round games for Barcelona and nine games - including the final - for Madrid.

Day passes to afternoon and evening sessions and session tickets will become available in June next year.

There will also be an official a ticket resale programme to prevent black market sales.

The 2014 FIBA World Cup will take place from August 30 to September 14.
