Las Vegas witnessed the thrilling penultimate Grand Prix of a Formula One season that has been dominated with an iron fist by Dutchman Max Verstappen in the Red Bull-Honda RBPT, with which his team-mate Sergio Pérez a distant second.

The eighteenth event of the year, the Malaysian Grand Prix, was what was expected. A head-to-head duel between the two title contenders, Francesco Bagnaia and Jorge Martín, more evenly matched than ever. It had been a while since they reached this point in the World Championship with the two contenders so closely matched and without being able to make predictions about who is the clear favourite.

Egyptian duo Karim Abdel Gawad and Nour El Tayeb are the champions of the 2023 Ace Malaysia Squash Cup after defeating top seeded men's player Mostafa Asal and fifth seeded women's player Rachel Arnold respectively at the S2 Sports Complex in Seremban.
