The London 2012 Paralympic silver medallists were on fine form at the Samsan World Sports Complex and, although both teams were neck-and-neck at 16 after the first quarter, the reigning champions proved their dominance throughout the rest of the match to take the game.

Meanwhile, the Great British squad won their second game of the tournament, outclassing hosts South Korea 77-47.

The match started evenly between the two sides, but it was Britain's Simon Munn who kept his nation in the game, with a number of steals and all of the country's first twelve points.

The visiting team made sure they had a 26-14 lead by the first quarter, but the hosts fought back to make it a much closer 44 -31 by the end of the second.

After the break, Britain continued to prove too much for South Korea and went on to finish the game with a thirty-point margin win.

"It was a fantastic performance that we put in against South Korea," Britain's Mark Fosbrook said.

"After yesterday's performance we really wanted to go out strong today especially against the host nation as we knew there would be a bit of a crowd and I think we did that.

"I think we are really coming together well now and I think we will continue to grow and hopefully can take this forward and put in a good performance against Mexico tomorrow as well."

The United States, bronze medallists last time out in 2010, also clinched their second win of the World Championship, defeating Algeria 68-37, while 2010 fourth place finishers Italy went down to Sweden, with a 47-59 defeat.

Elsewhere, Argentina beat Mexico 60-45, Japan fell to Spain 52-61, Turkey overcame Colombia 56-63 and The Netherlands secured a close 42-47 win over Iran.
