151465955June 24 - Paralympic superstar Daniel Dias is included in Brazil's 25-man squad for the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) World Swimming Championships in Montreal in August, where he will be looking to defend the eight world titles he won three years ago in Eindhoven.

The 25-year-old, who took six gold medals at London 2012 to add to the four he won four years earlier in Beijing, will start as the hot favourite in the majority of S5 events as he attempts to add to the 11 gold medals he has claimed over the past two World Championships.

Another multiple Paralympic champion, triple gold medallist Andre Brasil, will also compete in Canada.

Brasil won seven gold medals and one silver in Rio four years ago at the IPC Swimming World Championships 25m in the S10 class, and will also be seen as one of his nation's major contenders for medals.
