Lloyds_TSB_with_Olympic_Logo_NewNovember 17 - The Lloyds TSB London 2012 team have moved into their Games Operations Office at 88 Kingsway in Holborn where all of the London-based 2012 teams from around the business will be stationed from now until the end of the Games.

Lloyds TSB, who became the first the first Tier One sponsor of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games when they announced the agreement back in March 2007, state that it is their vision "to inspire and support young people, communities and businesses all over Britain on their journey to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and beyond."

The Lloyds TSB London 2012 Team's move to Holborn, from their offices in Bishop's Gate, sees all Divisions come together under one roof.

Sally Hancock, the Director of Olympic Marketing and Group Sponsorship for Lloyds TSB, told insidethegames: "We've been a Tier One London 2012 Partner since 2007, and since that time we've increased our internal resource assigned to the 2012 Partnership considerably.

"This has meant that each of the Divisions within Lloyds Banking Group now has a 2012 project lead and supporting team, alongside my team which is responsible for the delivery of the Partnership across the Group.

"We've now moved to our 2012 Command Centre as it is known, which brings all the resource from across the Bank together under one roof, and positions us in the heart of the West End from now to the end of the Games.

"That's around 35 people currently, solely dedicated to this Partnership, and it will increase to over 60 in 2012.

"I think this reflects the enormous importance and commitment that the Bank has made to 2012, which will benefit customers, colleagues and communities all over the UK."
