Eboni eApril 29 - England netballer Eboni Beckford-Chambers has been unveiled as a brand ambassador for Kukri, Commonwealth Games England's Official Kit Supplier.

The 25-year-old (pictured top), who played on England's 2013 Test Series winning side against Australia and was voted player of the series, has worn Kukri for six years and is now focused making it to the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

"I am delighted to be joining Kukri Sports as a brand ambassador," Beckford-Chambers said.

"I have worn Kukri throughout my playing career and I consider their kit to be first class in terms of quality, appearance, fit and style.

"When I am wearing Kukri, I know that I look good and feel good which ultimately helps me produce my best performance to contribute to the team."

Kukri's group managing director Phil Morris added: "We have known Eboni for many years and we feel she is a perfect fit for us and part of the team already.

"She loves the brand and has already helped us become what we are today – a brand that is designed by the athletes for the athletes.

"Eboni is a great ambassador for netball and sport as a whole, so we're delighted she has chosen Kukri as the brand she wants to be associated with."
