Paralympic star Simmonds calls for more Britons to take up swimming

Ellie Simmonds and Mark FosterMarch 26 - Britain's four-time Paralympic champion Ellie Simmonds has urged more people to get out of their seats and into their local swimming pools after a new survey revealed that 23 per cent of people in the UK spend an average of 2.4 days of their working week sitting down, which equates to 115 days per year.
