…insidethegames.biz are running a LIVE BLOG from the 2023 World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) Congress in Nottingham, United Kingdom?

Our chief senior reporter Geoff Berkeley has travelled to Nottingham to bring you all the news LIVE from the 2023 WFDF Congress in The Orchard Hotel on the University of Nottingham Campus.

The one-day Congress will take place TODAY from 11:00 to 17:00hrs local time.



The primary focus of the meeting will be the business matters of the WFDF requiring voting approval of the members.

A variety of presentations will be made, including reports from President Robert “Nob” Rauch and secretary general Volker Bernardin as well as on the census, WFDF sanctioned events, disc sport committees, marketing and broadcast, the work of the commissions, development work and anti-doping issues.

Around 75 minutes will be set aside to discuss topics such as the Olympics and multi-sports Games involvement, oversight of all disc disciplines under National Federations, and potential bylaws revisions in 2024.
