Egyptian cadets continued their fine form at the African Wrestling Championships after ending the day with more golds in the freestyle event in El Jadida in Morocco.

Hussein Mohamed Abdou Hussein Hassanein topped the 55 kilograms division while compatriots Omar Mohamed Amin Mahmoud Mourad and Ehab Mohamed Mohamed Abdelmonsef Mohamed Tolba secured titles in the 60kg and 65kg classes.

Yousef Ahmed Elsayed Hosin Mhgob Eldayash added to the success by walking away with the 80kg gold medal.

Fares Amir Shokry Elasmar and Mohamed Abdelrahman Mousa Mousa completed the dominance by claiming golds in the 92kg and 110kg divisions.

Tunisia experienced success thanks to Mokbel Sahli ranking first in the 45kg group and Mehdi Mejri winning the 48kg category.

Morocco were the other country to secure gold medals thanks to Ben Hackem Tarik and Rayanne Essaidi.

Tarik was victorious in the 51kg event while Essaidi was awarded the title in the 71kg class.

The African Wrestling Championships is scheduled to continue tomorrow.
