Three Olympic stadiums are among the 12 venues set to host qualifiers in the Davis Cup in March.

The International Tennis Federation has unveiled the list of locations for the ties, including Seoul, Sydney and Rio de Janeiro - all cities that have staged Olympic tennis competitions.

Olympic Park Tennis Court in Seoul will play host to South Korea's clash with Austria, while Australia will take on Hungary at Ken Rosewall Arena in Sydney.

Parque Olimpico Arena Tenis in Rio de Janeiro has been chosen to stage Brazil's match against Germany.

Qualifiers are also scheduled to take place in France, Spain, Finland, the United States, The Netherlands, Slovakia, Norway, Sweden and Argentina.

They are due to be held on March 4 and 5.

The 12 winning nations will join the four nations who have already qualified for the Davis Cup Finals - 2021 champions the Russian Tennis Federation and Croatia, and wildcards Serbia and Britain.

The five venues for the Davis Cup Finals have not yet been revealed.

Three venues were used last year - Madrid, which staged the semi-finals and final as well as group and quarter-final action, Innsbruck and Turin.

It was the second edition of the Davis Cup Finals since divisive changes were made to the format, scrapping the established practice of knockout ties being held in one of the two playing nations.

The Davis Cup Finals will feature 16 teams in 2022 - down from 18 in 2021 - and four groups of four, rather than six of three teams as was the case last year.

Each group will be played in a different city.
