The first three zone winners of the 2021 FIFAe Club World Cup were decided on the second day of knockout action.

The competition sees teams from across the globe compete virtually in matches using the EA Sports FIFA 21 game.

The Zone One final pitted the Dire Wolves against the Atlantide Wave, with the Dire Wolves coming out on top 9-3.

The Dire Wolves won three out of four games in the match, with DWJMKKing beating Naylor 1-0 and DW Dylan beating Marko in both their games, 4-2 in the first and 2-0 in the second.

Atlantide Wave’s one win in the contest came in the second meeting between Naylor and DWJMKKing, with Naylor triumphing 2-1.

The Zone Three final saw 25eSports up against Tuwaiq eSports Club, with 25e Sports winning 9-3.

Nwwav beat vZiad9 5-1 in the first game, which proved to be Tuwaiq eSports Club’s only win of the contest.

The remaining three games went 25e Sports way, with Abo3zza10 beating ProAz1z 8-7 in their first meeting and 4-2 in the second.

vZiad also reversed his loss from the first game as he beat Nwwav 2-0 in their second meeting.

The Zone Five final pitted ELS Torneios Online against Team FW BR, with ELS Torneios Online victorious 9-6.

Team FW BR took the first two matches of the contest with LuGu7oledo_ beating ELS MH7 3-1 in a penalty shoot-out and FUTWIZ Vini overcoming ELS PHZIN 1-0.

ELS Torneios Online came roaring back taking the next three matches, with ELS MH7 beating LuGu7oledo_ 1-0 in their second meeting and 3-2 in their third meeting.

ELS PHZIN also claimed revenge on FUTWIZ Vini winning 4-3 after extra time in their second meeting.

Three more zone finals are scheduled for tomorrow - with Blue United eFC due to face WICKED ESPORTS to decide Zone Two, Astralis set to play Mkers to decide Zone Four and New York City Esports due to face defending champions Complexity Gaming to decide Zone Six.
