British charity Cerebral Palsy Sport has launched new resources for the health and well-being of the public.

Developed with personal trainer and nutritionist Catherine Lineker, the information created for Cerebral Palsy Sport participants can also be enjoyed by beginners and families.

Lineker held a seminar in October 2019 at the Cerebral Palsy Sport athletics and swimming training camp, about the importance of different food groups and what to eat in competition.

She also specialises in rehabilitation and holds a degree in nutrition.

The resources are in line with Sport England's national campaign Join the Movement, which aims to keep people fit during the COVID-19 pandemic.

There have been more than 20,000 confirmed cases in the United Kingdom to date.

Lineker's information, as well as other exercises and nutrition information, can be found on the Cerebral Palsy Sport website.
