The International Judo Federation (IJF) are offering an all-inclusive trip to the Tokyo Olympic Games through their Throw to Tokyo contest.

Having given away 12 tickets to last year's World Championships in the Japanese capital, the governing body have relaunched Throw to Tokyo.

This time two winners will be selected, one by public vote and one by an IJF Commission.

Successful entries will get two flight tickets to Tokyo, accommodation and tickets for the Olympic judo action at Nippon Budokan.

Hopefuls must enter a video of their best throw, which can feature filters and graphics but must not be longer than one minute.

The deadline is April 15, with voting set to run from April 20 to May 20.

Winners will be announced on May 21.

The competition may be impacted by the coronavirus crisis, which is threatening to postpone Tokyo 2020.

More than 350,000 people have been infected with coronavirus worldwide, with more than 15,000 deaths.

The International Olympic Committee have announced they will make a final decision on the Olympic and Paralympic Games in four weeks.

For the first time they have accepted that a postponement is a possibility.
