Sarah Pavan and Melissa Humana-Paredes of Canada will face Carolina Solberg Salgado and Maria Antonelli in the women's International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) Beach World Tour final on Danube Island in Vienna tomorrow.

World champions Pavan and Humana-Paredes defeated Brazilian duo Agatha Bednarczuk and Eduarda Santos Lisboa 21-17, 21-12 in straight sets in the last four of this five-star event. 

Brazilians Solberg Salgado and Antonelli were made to work for their place in the final against compatriots Talita Da Rocha Antunes and Taiana Lima.

Having won the first set, they were pegged back as Da Rocha Antunes and Lima claimed a gripping second set 37-35.

In the decider Salgado and Antonelli edged their countrywomen out to secure a 21-16, 35-37, 15-13 victory.

Bednarczuk and Eduarda Santos Lisboa defeated Da Rocha Antunes and Lima 31-29, 21-19 to claim the bronze medal in Vienna.

In the men's round three contests Americans Philip Dalhausser and Nicholas Lucena eased to a 21-13, 21-18 victory against Germans Nils Elhers and Lars Flüggen.

The will meet Brazilians Alison Cerutti and Alvaro Morais Filho, who saw off second seeds Viacheslav Krasilnikov and Oleg Stoyanovskiy in a tense three set battle.

The Russians took the opening set before the eighth seeds fought back to record a 14-21, 21-16, 15-11 triumph.

Polish third seeds Michal Bryl and Grzegorz Fijalek enjoyed a comfortable 21-17, 21-15 win against Spanish duo Pablo Herrera Allepuz and Adrian Gavira Collado.

Norwegian pair Anders Mol and Christian Sørum await in the last four after they won 21-14, 21-13 against Adrian Heidrich and Mirco Gerson of Switzerland.
