Double Paralympic shot put gold medallist Azeddine Nouiri of Morocco claimed victory in the men's javelin F33-34 on the final day of the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Bydgoszcz in Poland.

Nouri, who won the shot put F34 at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London and in Rio four years later, topped the podium at Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak Stadium with a best effort of 27.35 metres.

Mateusz Wojnicki of Poland did enough for silver with 22.82m, while bronze went to Wojnicki's compatriot Michał Szafrański, who managed 21.53m.

Saudi Arabia enjoyed a successful outing over one lap of the track as Ali Alnakhli won the 400m T37 race in 56.61sec.

Czech Republic's Jan Mostek was four seconds adrift in silver medal position, while Poland's Hubert Szuba claimed bronze in 1min 02.85sec.

Alnakhli's team mate Nour Alsana triumphed in the 400m T44-47 event in 55.99 as Poland's Michał Majchrzak took silver in 58.87.

India's Vijay Kumar was the recipient of the bronze medal after he crossed in 1:00.07.

Fahad Alganaidl continued the Saudi Arabian success in the 400m as he emerged victorious in the T53 race in 54.89.

The Grand Prix circuit concludes with the final event in Paris from August 28 to 30.
