Under the win-and-in rule introduced at the start of last year, qualifiers for the Archery World Cup Final in Moscow are unlikely to be known until the end of the competition. 

So far, 11 archers are guaranteed places a the World Cup Final in Russia's capital on September 6 and 7. 

America's Brady Ellison and South Korea's Lee Woo Seok booked their places in the recurve men at the Archery World Cups in Medellin and Shanghai respectively.

South Korea's Kang Chae Young and China's Zheng Yichai qualified in the recurve women at Medellin and Antalya.

The Netherlands' Mike Schloesser and America's Braden Gellenthien and James Lutz earned their spots in the compound men at the events in Medellin, Shanghai and Antalya respectively 

Colombia's Sara López, South Korea's So Chaewon and South Africa's Danelle Wentzel qualified in the compound women thanks to their performances in Medellin, Shanghai and Antalya.

In addition, America's Alexis Ruiz has qualified for that category have accumulated enough points at the various events. 

Up to four more stage winners will join this group in Berlin from an event being held at the Maifield in the shadow of the famous Olympiastadion, the stadium built by Adolf Hitler for the 1936 Olympic Games.

Each category will then be made up to seven from the highest athletes in the rankings - to a maximum of two athletes per country.

The last spot in each category is given to Russia, host of the Final. 

Competition in Berlin is due to start tomorrow with the compound and recurve qualification.

The finals for compound are due to be held on Saturday (July 6) followed by recurve the following day.
