Ryo Kiyuna of Japan will face Damián Quintero in the men's kata final at the World Karate Federation (WKF) Karate1-Premier League in Rabat. 

Kiyuna triumphed against the Spaniard in the 2018 World Karate Championships final in Madrid. 

Japan was also represented in the male kumite -84kg final, Ryutaro Araga progressing to set up a tie against Ukraine's Valerii Chobotar at the Prince Moulay Abdellah venue.

Iran's Sajad Ganjzadeh and Turkey's Alparslan Yamanoglu will battle it out in the male kumite +84kg.

In the women's competition, China's Xiaoyan Yin reached the final of the kumite -61kg, where she will meet Egypt's Giana Lotfy.

European champion Elena Quirici of Switzerland will feature in the final of the female kumite -68kg.

Her opponent will be Ukraine's Elena Quirici.
