The shop has been launched in conjunction with the governing body's premier partners Vision USA.

Every purchase from the shop will help to fund American taekwondo athletes.

The country is hoping to "return to the top of the podium" in international competition, with a particular target their home Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028.

A customisation service, allowing customers to design gear unique to them, is also due to launch soon.

"In-store you will find everything you need for your taekwondo life - from technical equipment and clothing, to streetwear that you can proudly wear to show your love for our great sport," USA Taekwondo said.

"When you buy through our store every purchase will help to provide funding for US athletes in our quest to put the United States back on the top of the podium in international and Olympic competition - and to dominate in '28 when the Olympic Games returns to the US."
