China made it seven wins from the seven events so far at the International Swimming Federation Diving World Cup in Wuhan today.

The sport's dominant power have survived virtually unchallenged across the first four days of competition at the Wuhan Sports Center.

This state of affairs continued today as world champions Chen Aisen and Yang Hao prevailed in the synchronised 10 metres platform final.

The duo, who won at the World Championships in Budapest last year, dominated from the outset to finish on a winning haul of 491.73 points.

They duly beat Russian duo Aleksandr Belevtsev and Nikita Shleikher by 64.53.

Australian pair Domonic Bedggood and Declan Stacey finished third with 409.59.

"My partner was Lin Yue in the last edition of World Cup two years ago and we won the Olympic Games together," Chen said afterwards.

"Lin is now the TV commentator of our competition.

"I am happy that I can continue the winning streak with my new partner Yang Hao from the World Championships to the World Cup.

"We did a good job tonight and we were more synchronised in the pace."

Three events are scheduled for tomorrow.

These are the men's 10m platform, the women's 3m springboard and the mixed 3m synchronised springboard.
