A new three-partnership deal has been agreed between the Professional Squash Association (PSA) and equipment providers Dunlop.

The updated agreement will see the British-based brand extend its role as "Official Ball, Racket, Grip, String and Luggage Partner" of the PSA until 2020.

Dunlop will also partner with four of the PSA's flagship events - the World Championships, British Open, Canary Wharf Classic and the season-ending PSA World Series Finals - and will receive extensive on-site branding and activation opportunities at each tournament.

The partnership was successfully launched during December's PSA World Championships in Manchester, where Dunlop received extensive on-site exposure through a branded exhibition area, branded player areas, branded ball plinths and on court branding.

"We are delighted to have extended the partnership with Dunlop for a further three years," said PSA chief commercial officer Tommy Berden.

Berden added: "It’s already evident that Dunlop are keen to expand their profile within the sport - as shown with the introduction of new branding concepts at December’s PSA World Championships - and we're excited to be working alongside one of the strongest brands in the sport through during what is an exciting time for squash.

"We've seen increases in profile, prize money and competition throughout the past few years and working closely with companies like Dunlop will help us continue to move forward through the next three years."

Dunlop’s UK general manager Steve Heatley said: "We are delighted to renew our partnership with the PSA as the official suppliers of balls, rackets, strings, grips and luggage.

"We have enjoyed a close and successful partnership with the PSA for many years and this new three-year agreement will see Dunlop supporting and investing in the game of squash at all levels.

"The new partnership underpins our commitment to the sport and will help us to build on our market leading position."
