Cultural programme initiatives connected to the 2019 Winter Universiade have been continuing throughout the Krasnoyarsk region.

The programmes aimed at promoting sport and healthy lifestyle among students in line with the 2019 Games have received the support of the Directorate of Student Games in Krasnoyarsk.

One of the projects chosen following a recent competition is “I ♥ WINTER”, a festival of winter and extreme sports developed at the Siberian State University of Physical Culture and Sports.

The organisers of the project recently held events such as the "2018 Sledge Parade" where, alongside family sledging competitions, a detailed presentation on the 2019 Universiade was given.

Potential volunteers were also told how they can get involved in the Winter Universiade.
