Jamie Chestney and Mark Dawes will meet Greg Harlow and Nick Brett in an all-English pairs final at the World Indoor Bowls Championships after both duos came through their penultimate-round encounters.
Today’s first semi-final at the Potters Leisure Resort in Norfolk saw Chestney and Dawes beat England’s Robert Paxton and Scotland’s Jonathan Ross 2-10, 6-4, 2-0.
Harlow and Brett then defeated English pairing Andy Thomson and Mark Royal 6-4, 4-5, 2-0.
The pairs final is scheduled to take place next Monday (January 22).

In today’s sole men’s singles match, Scotland’s Darren Burnett beat compatriot Graham McKee 9-9, 7-5.
"That was a good match and I had to play really well to come out of it as the winner," Burnett said.
The men's singles event will be the sole focus of tomorrow's competition.
Action is due to conclude on January 28.
