Lopez beat American Crystal Gauvin to the individual prize by the tightest of margins following a shoot-off.

After both archers finished level on 146, the pair each found the ten ring again but Lopez was slightly closer to the middle.

It meant a third gold in Medellin, and a third individual gold medal in a row in Archery World Cup competition for the Colombian.

"It was a very close match, one of the best I have ever shot," she said.

Marcella Tonioli of Italy edged out Denmark's Sarah Sonnichsen 143-142 for bronze.

In the team event, Lopez joined up with Alejandra Usquiano and Aura Maria Bravo to beat the American trio of Gauvin, Emily Bee and Dahlia Crook 229-222.

Lopez also joined forces with Daniel Munoz for a 157-156 mixed final victory over Tonioli and her Italian partner Federico Pagnoni.

Bronze in the team event went to Italy, courtesy of Tonioli, Irene Franchini and Laura Longo, after their 229-218 win over Indians Lily Chanu Paonam, Prabhjot Kaur and Purvasha Sudhir Shende.

Mixed bronze was collected by French pair Laure De Matos and Dominique Genet, who beat Americans Gauvin and Alex Wifler 150-149.

Italy's Sergio Pagni bagged the men's compound title, seeing off American Reo Wilder 146-143.

Martin Damsbo of Denmark defeated Dutch archer Mike Schhloesser 142-141 for bronze.

The Americans collected the team compound title as Wifler, Steve Anderson and Braden Gellenthien got the better of Italians Pagni, Pagnoni and Michele Nencioni.

Recurve finals will be held tomorrow.
