The tournament will see Haj Bhania make his European Championship debut as head coach of the while it features a number of senior players, including captain Abdi Jama and six-time Paralympian Simon Munn.

Beijing 2008 Paralympic bronze medallists Joe Bestwick and Simon Brown also feature in the side, as does 18-year-old Harry Brown, the youngest member of the team.

Other newcomers are Martin Edwards and Kyle Marsh, who will be making their senior European debut.

The team is completed by Matt Byrne, Ade Orogbemi, Ian Sagar, Gaz Choudhry, Joe Bestwick and veteran Terry Bywater.

"With an extremely strong squad of players performing to a high level over the past few months, we found ourselves in the great - but difficult -– situation of having to make a tough selection," said Bhania.

"With the best teams in Europe taking part, there will be no easy games but we believe we have chosen a very strong team who can compete at the highest level.

"We go into the European's following a series of highly competitive training camps and matches."

The competition will see Britain open their European campaign against the host nation Germany on June 28 while the Championships come after the team narrowly missed out on a medal at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, where they finished fourth.
