Hilton HHonors have been the official hotel sponsor of Team USA since 2005 and their deal with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) sees them provide discounted hotel rates to the National Olympic Committee as well as US Olympians and Paralympians and members of National Governing Bodies.

"Hilton HHonors is a great partner to the USOC and we are thrilled that its support of US Olympic and Paralympic athletes will continue through 2016," said USOC chief marketing officer Lisa Baird.

"We truly appreciate the innovative commitment that Hilton HHonors makes to serving Team USA athletes, including its support of the Road to Sochi campaign and its promotion of the Olympic Movement throughout the quadrennial."

Since 2005, Hilton HHonors has contributed to renovations at US Olympic Training Centres and the new deal will see them work closely with the USOC to identify other opportunities for renovations at more key training sites.


The deal extension will also see Hilton HHonors will expand their Team USA Athlete Career Programme.

The scheme helps prepare athletes for life beyond their athletic careers by offering them athletes jobs in their fields of interest while also allowing them to continue their athletic training.

In addition to its Team USA sponsorship, Hilton HHonors is the official hotel partner of USA Gymnastics, USA Volleyball and the US figure skating team.
