September 14 - Malmsten AB, a world leader in the provision of moveable floors in pools and competitor racing lanes, has been appointed as an official supplier of British Swimming, it has been announced.


Founded in Sweden in 1974, the Malmsten group of companies sells products and equipment for pools and water sports across the world and aims to lead in terms of new and improved technology, designs and materials.
 
Malmsten’s exclusive technologies have a strong tradition of being chosen for major international competitions such as Olympic Games and World Championships.
 
The six-year deal will see Malmsten’s competitor racing lanes and moveable floors exclusively endorsed by British Swimming, while Malmsten will use their experience and knowledge to compliment work undertaken and advice given by the ASA Facilities Department.
 
British Swimming sponsorship director Katie Brazier is looking forward to forging a strong relationship with Malmsten.
